Situated Just off the M6, Junction 38 between the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales, we are ideally located to offer

Groups are more than Welcome!
All our rooms offer tea and coffee facilities and have en-suite bathrooms.
There is a large lounge for you to watch TV, videos, DVDs or just relax with some gentle music and a good book.
Packed Lunches are available by arrangement.
We pride ourselves in our very friendly atmosphere, excellent home cooked food and comfortable accommodation.
